Johnson Commons Development
Sidecar Construction partnered with Southeast Land Trust to deliver the Johnson Commons residential project, comprising three single-family homes built with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Located on rocky terrain with fair lot conditions and existing sewer infrastructure, this spec-build initiative leveraged our refined processes and extensive experience with the floorplan, having completed eight similar homes previously.
Despite weather-related delays and competing project commitments, the team completed the development in 141 days and came in under budget. This outcome was achieved thanks to historical data-driven planning and streamlined coordination with subcontractors.
Each home in Johnson Commons features:
1,103 square feet of well-utilized living space
Slab-on-grade foundations suited for the rocky site
Thoughtful, repeatable design principles to ensure quality and cost efficiency
