This stunning transformation in Cleveland allowed us to blend new designs with existing architecture.

What began as an open patio space is now a beautifully integrated sunroom and deck addition that enhances the home's functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.

The project involved a full-scale structural build, starting with foundation prep and framing, followed by an intricately pitched roofline that ties seamlessly into the existing home.

The sunroom features an array of large windows that bring in natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape, while board-and-batten siding and matching brickwork ensure architectural consistency.

As the finishing touches came together, we added a custom-built wooden deck with dual staircases and black metal balusters, creating an inviting transition from indoor to outdoor living. This space now serves as a year-round retreat for relaxing, entertaining, and connecting with nature.
