From site excavation and foundational prep to final finishes, this ground-up project showcases our attention to detail at every stage of construction.

The structure began with concrete prep and framework laid into the hillside, progressing into a carefully crafted wood frame with vaulted ceilings, a custom-built spiral staircase, and a spacious loft area.

As the framing gave way to roofing and insulation, the home’s signature style took shape—steep rooflines, dark vertical siding, and striking architectural features like the stone-wrapped chimney.

Inside, the kitchen features black shaker cabinetry, butcher block countertops, and pendant lighting, bringing warmth and simplicity to the space. The open floor plan, high ceilings, and large windows create a bright, inviting interior that contrasts beautifully with the deep tones of the exterior.
