Maryland New Construction: Personal Home Build

We successfully completed this 1,181 square foot personal home for Brett P. and Misty W. in Maryland, delivering exceptional results both on time and under budget.

The build began with complete demolition of the existing structure, followed by site preparation and the installation of a monolithic slab foundation on the flat lot.

With all utility infrastructure already in place, we were able to focus on efficient construction sequencing. Our team progressed through systematic framing, creating a solid structural foundation that would support the home's design while maximizing the available square footage.

The project benefited significantly from our previous experience with this floor plan, allowing us to leverage historical data for accurate budgeting and timeline projections. The favorable site conditions, including the flat topography and existing utilities, contributed to smooth construction progress without the typical challenges of infrastructure development or complex grading work.
