Starting with a sturdy elevated foundation, the project evolved into a fully enclosed screened-in porch seamlessly integrated into the existing structure.

Every phase—from framing and roofing to siding and stone accent work—was carefully executed to match the home’s aesthetic while enhancing both indoor-outdoor living space and long-term durability.

The new addition includes a beautiful vaulted ceiling, custom railing system, and a complementary stairway that leads down to a freshly installed hardscape walkway.
