Commercial Roof Restoration

While we exclusively focus on residential construction now, here is one of our older commercial projects, diagnosing and repairing significant roof issues at a Whistle Express location.

Our team identified multiple areas of water intrusion that had compromised the roof's membrane and underlying structure.

The inspection revealed damaged insulation, deteriorated wooden decking, and compromised parapet walls that were allowing moisture to penetrate the building envelope. Working methodically, we removed the damaged sections of roofing material, exposing the extent of the problem and creating a clear path for comprehensive repairs.

Using industry-leading techniques and materials, we installed new decking, applied proper waterproofing membranes, and reinforced structural components to ensure long-term integrity.

Our experienced technicians sealed all penetrations, properly flashed parapet walls, and addressed drainage issues to prevent future water accumulation. The result is a watertight roofing system that protects the building and its contents while extending the roof's serviceable life.
